Released in 2001 as the lead single from Toxicity, Chop Suey! became the song that launched System of a Down from cult favorites to global metal icons. Originally titled Self-Righteous Suicide, the band renamed it Chop Suey! to make it more radio-friendly, while keeping the original title hidden in the intro.
Blending explosive riffs, haunting harmonies, and thought-provoking lyrics, the song redefined what mainstream metal could sound like. More than two decades later, it remains one of the genre’s most influential tracks—and the first 2000s metal music video to surpass one billion views on YouTube.
Yung Lean’s STORM is more than a music video—it’s a carefully choreographed visual experience. Directed by Romain Gavras with choreography by Damien Jalet, the performance combines cinematic storytelling, synchronized movement, and striking production to create something that feels closer to a short film than a traditional music video.
Every detail, from the choreography to the camera work, was designed to serve the music. It’s a reminder that when artists and filmmakers fully commit to a creative vision, music videos can still become unforgettable pieces of art.

A skater tearing through New York at sunset — the low chase angle, the motion blur, the light off the wet street. Nobody shot a frame of it. It’s @openart_ai SmartShot: you describe the video you want, and about five minutes later it exists.
No brief, no storyboard, no camera. You type the idea — «girl rollerblading through the city, golden hour, cinematic» — and it casts it, moves the camera and cuts it.
The bottleneck used to be making the thing. Now it’s just having the idea.
